Asia’s finest integrated destination, Laguna Phuket, has announced the schedule for Laguna Phuket Triathlon.
The triathlon will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for the upcoming Super Early Bird Rates announcement!!
Held across the famous Laguna Phuket destination race course, athletes enjoy the unique swim taking in both the Andaman Sea and fresh water lagoon. The challenging bike course includes scenic rides through the Phuket countryside and local villages, with the climax coming over the imposing Naithon hills. The run course takes in the entire Laguna Phuket destination, with the climax finish back at Laguna Grove.
To facilitate the travel for athletes and their followers, the 8 hotels in the Laguna Phuket group have joined forces to offer competitive rates. From each Laguna Phuket hotel, guests can walk or enjoy free shuttle buses and boats to the Laguna Grove race venue.
Southeast Asia’s longest running and most successful triathlon event, the Laguna Phuket Triathlon was listed as Top 8 of The World’s Greatest Tri Swims by 220 Triathlon Magazine (UK) in 2020. LPT has also been ranked 5th on the 10 Best Triathlons in the World list, by Let’s Do This (UK). Laguna Phuket destination has been named an Honourable Contributor in Sports and Exercise, by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports’ Department of Physical Education (DPE) in 20192

- ELITE racers are competing against the PROS and for the Price Money.
- Register (or complete) in Elite Category cannot win Age group prize.
- Swim Times for ELITE male racers should be below 29 minutes for the 1800-meter swim.
- Swim Times for ELITE female racers should be below 32 minutes for the 1800-meter swim.

LPT Individual
Swim 1.8 km | Bike 50 km | Run 12 km

LPT Team Relay (3-person relay teams)
Swim 1.8 km | Bike 50 km | Run 12 km
Teams will comprise of three athletes – a swimmer, cyclist and runner, all above the age of 18. Participants must be healthy, fit and trained for the disciplines and distances required. Team members can be either the same gender or any combination of male/female.

Bike Transportation
To all athletes that need their bikes shipped from Bangkok directly to the LPT race venue…we have you covered!
Bike transportation service: we handle the logistic for you, simply drop off your bike in Bangkok and pick it up in Phuket before the race. After the race, drop off your bike in Phuket, and we’ll either deliver it to your home or arrange for pick-up in Bangkok. Register now and you don’t have to think about bike transportation at all, just focus on your training!
Remarks
- Round trip transporation: THB 3,500 per bike (Include Insurance 100,000 baht)
- Extra Service: Door-to-door pick up and drop off: THB 1,000 per trip / THB 1,800 for round trip
